It’s possible that an individual experiences feelings of insecurity due to the ongoing civil war in our society. Alternatively, a person may experience feelings of insecurity as a result of the global spread of terrorism. Alternatively, an individual might experience insecurity for personal reasons.

Whatever information I will give you inside this blog post, I will tell you on the basis of my experience and the knowledge given to me by my Gurudev. For the last 15 years, I have been practicing the Samarpan meditation method.

When your soul gains control over your body, it connects you with the divine spread in the outside world, so that you establish a direct connection with the divine.

Regular meditation and self-awakening establish a connection between your soul and the divine in the world. Whenever you experience insecurity, remind yourself that you have already attained self-awareness and established a direct connection with the God omnipresent in the world. When God himself is with me, then why do I need to be afraid of anything? Because of your positive attitude, you develop self-confidence.

This has happened to me many times in my life. Whenever I feel insecure, I remind myself that I do regular meditation. I have developed self-awareness, which has established my connection with my Guru and the power of that God that pervades the world. And when God himself is with me, why do I need to be afraid?

You will find a wealth of information, revealing that scientists have conducted numerous experiments to determine the existence of the soul even before this.

You have likely encountered this situation numerous times in your life. Many times, the people around you, such as your relatives or friends, may inspire you to pursue the wrong path. They convince you that everyone else is doing this, and it won’t matter if you follow suit. You do it, too. But at the same time, a small voice from within you forbids you to do this work. But that voice inside you is very small. That is why you do not give it much importance, and under the influence of the people around you, you do the wrong work. However, when the unfavorable outcomes of your misguided actions surface, the individuals who initially encouraged you to pursue this path often become the first to retreat.

At such a time, that voice again comes from within you, and it tells you that I told you not to do this work. But still, you did this work. This voice keeps returning to you, causing you distress. You feel guilty.
Then, to relieve this guilt, you visit many places, such as places of worship or peaceful hill stations. But this voice inside you keeps cursing you again and again, and this voice inside you is the voice of your soul. This is your soul, which is guiding you from within. If the work you are doing is wrong, do not do it.

Now, you might be wondering: Given the variety of meditation methods available in society, which one should we choose to end our feelings of insecurity? So, friends, let me recommend the Samarpan Meditation method to you. There are five main reasons for making this suggestion:
My experience: For the last 15 years, I have been practicing this meditation method, and I have seen positive results in my life.
Free meditation: This meditation method is taught completely free of charge. There are centers all over the world where you can learn meditation for free.
Flexible rules: There are no strict rules for this method. There is no restriction on any caste, religion, country, or language in this meditation method. There is also no restriction on your food or drink. You can eat or drink anything. You don’t need to sacrifice anything in your life to practice this meditation method. You just have to add meditation to your life.
Simple process: This meditation method does not require any difficult asanas or complicated procedures. This meditation method makes it very easy to meditate. Even a 12-year-old child can meditate with this meditation method. [How to Overcome My Insecurity]
